Обязанности:

• Review applications for admission to the university.
• Provide guidance to prospective students and their families regarding the admission process.
• Answer inquiries about eligibility, admission requirements, deadlines, and programs offered.
• Offer support during application submission, including troubleshooting issues with online portals or documents.
• Organize and assist with information sessions, campus tours, and other events to engage prospective students.
• Coordinate communication with high schools, educational fairs, and other recruiting events.
• Assist with the development and revision of academic management plans and administrative policies.
• Manage and maintain students’ academic records and oversee school registration.
• Support the graduation assessment process.
• Assist with the operation of the faculty performance evaluation system.
• Support bachelor students
• Check the applications of undergraduate school

Требования:

• Strong ability to improve and develop academic systems.
• Proficiency with word-processing programs (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) for handling academic data.
• Excellent communication skills to foster effective collaboration with relevant departments and organizations, both domestically and internationally.
