About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Academic Product Assistant to join our dynamic education team. This role is ideal for someone who combines creative thinking with operational discipline, and who thrives in a fast-paced academic environment.

You will be responsible for supporting the development, organization, and uploading of academic content, while also contributing to idea generation for educational tools, resources, and curriculum enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

- Upload and organize digital learning materials (videos, PDFs, assessments) into LMS or content platforms;

- Collaborate with academic and product teams to ensure all content is accurate, well-formatted, and up-to-date;

- Contribute creative ideas for improving student engagement, gamification, and digital learning tools

- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely execution of scheduled uploads and content refreshes

- Assist with data entry, reporting, and feedback tracking for ongoing academic experiments

- Participate in brainstorming meetings and document action items and ideas

What We’re Looking For

- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management;

- Ability to work independently and meet strict content deadlines;

- Creative thinker with a passion for education and technology;

- Basic understanding of digital learning platforms (experience with LMS is a plus);

- Strong communication and organizational skills;

- Familiarity with Excel, Google Drive, Canva, ChatGPT or content management tools is an advantage;

- English proficiency (C1+) preferred.
