Duties:

  • Supply Strategy Development: Develop and implement supply strategies, plans, and solutions for customers and large projects, ensuring operational efficiency, competitive positioning, and customer satisfaction.
  • Project Supply Management: Optimize project supply management and related business processes; enhance key supply management capabilities and provide coaching for large accounts/projects.
  • Customer Collaboration: Gain in-depth insights into customer supply requirements and develop tailored supply strategies to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Contract & Risk Management: Participate in contract bidding and negotiations; proactively manage supply and demand risks; design and implement supply solutions for complex projects.
  • Shipment & Logistics Coordination: Monitor shipments based on project financial targets, adjust supply solutions in a timely manner, and ensure efficient goods movement.
  • Demand & Inventory Planning: Issue country demand plans, track goods arrival, and align supply with project requirements.
  • Supply Chain Monitoring: Handle exceptions during PO fulfillment and ensure timely delivery of equipment.
  • Customs & Compliance: Oversee customs clearance processes, ensuring smooth and timely execution.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years in supply chain management or a related domain.
  • Skills & Knowledge:
  • Proficiency in customer insight methods and supply chain collaboration.
  • Languages: Fluency in English, Russian, and Uzbek is required. Knowledge of Chinese is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics network design, delivery modes, and supply costs (logistics and inventory).
  • Mastery of planning processes.
  • Certification in PMP or other related Supply Chain qualifications is an advantage.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Proactive and result-oriented mindset.

Work Conditions:

  • Work in the Tashkent office, near Oybek metro station.
  • Working hours: 9: 00-18: 00 (lunch break 12: 30-13: 30).
  • Working days: Monday - Friday (5/7)
  • Days off: Saturday, Sunday.
  • Probation period: 3 months.
  • Working language: English (spoken English proficiency required; the interview will be conducted in English).
