About Us:

Truckstaff Solutions is a consulting company specializing in setting up turnkey trucking businesses in the U.S. We provide a full range of services, including truck rental (truck renting), driver hiring, fleet management, and financial operations.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join our outsourced team, working from our office. The candidate will be responsible for handling all financial operations related to a 20-truck business, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, payments, and compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Managing incoming and outgoing payments, invoicing, and collections.
• Expense Tracking: Monitoring operational expenses and optimizing costs.
• Bank Reconciliations: Managing transactions, verifying balances, and ensuring financial accuracy.
• Reporting & Analysis: Preparing financial reports and insights for management.

Requirements:
• Fluent in English & Russian (both spoken and written).
• Proven experience as an Accounting Manager in the trucking or logistics industry.
• Strong knowledge of payable & receivable processes, bookkeeping, and financial compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets.
• Ability to work night shifts (6 PM – 2 AM Tashkent Time, on-site in the office).
