About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Manager to join our team at Coca-Cola Ichimligi Uzbekiston, Ltd.

This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls, ensuring adherence to both Uzbekistan's local regulations and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the accounting department, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with local and international accounting standards.
• Organize and control accounting operations, including assets, liabilities, inventory, and cash flow.
• Review all accounting processes and advise the leadership team on improvement areas.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all routine and ad-hoc reports to government bodies, including statistical reports and FIEZ reports.
• Oversee tax and financial compliance, including accurate tax reporting and timely filing of all tax returns.
• Ensure the efficient functioning of the accounting department in collaboration with the Finance Shared Service (FSC) to create synergies and an effective working environment.
• Develop and implement internal financial controls to mitigate risks and improve efficiency.
• Monitor and manage accounts payable/receivable, debt collection, and cash flow.
• Collaborate with auditors, tax authorities, and other regulatory bodies.
• Manage, guide, and train a large accounting team across three legal entities, fostering professional growth and ensuring strong succession planning.
• Provide financial guidance and support to management on key business decisions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience: 7-10 years in accounting, including 3-5 years in a managerial role (Chief Accountant, Deputy Chief Accountant, Finance Director, etc.).
• Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Auditing.
• Certifications (preferred): ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
• Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of Uzbekistan’s accounting and tax laws.
  • Expertise in IFRS and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in SAP, 1C, and ERP systems.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and financial modeling.
• Languages: Russian and Uzbek (fluent); English – minimum Intermediate.

Experience in multinational companies or large corporate environments is an advantage.
