Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Receivable: invoicing, payment control, factoring.

• Handle Accounts Payable: driver statements, fuel and toll reports, auditing all expenses and incomes.

• Prepare financial reports including P&L, balance sheets, and asset depreciation.

• Provide accurate and timely financial data to management.

• Work with TMS DataTruck (or similar systems) and QuickBooks.

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure data accuracy and transparency.

  Requirements:

• Proven experience in accounting (preferably in logistics or transportation).

• Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks and TMS DataTruck (or similar platforms).

• Fluent English (written and spoken).

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Availability to work the 18:00–02:00 shift.
