Job purpous

We are looking for an Accounting Specialist who can handle MIS reporting for our organization. English proficiency is mandatory for this position, as the management team consists entirely of foreign employees.

Job Location: Tashkent City

Key Responsibilities

• Gather data from ERP systems, accounting software, banks, and external sources

• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency

• Maintain data governance and documentation

• Monitor and manage cash flow, fund allocations, and banking transactions.

• Prepare and maintain financial records, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

• Generate regular and ad-hoc MIS reports for management review and decision-making.

• Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes with required documentation.

• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Work closely with other departments to align financial data with organizational goals.
  
  Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certification like CPA/CMA is a plus).

• 3–5 years of experience in accounting or financial management, preferably in a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.

• Proficiency in accounting software ( 1C, SAP, or similar) and MS Excel.
  
  Conditions:

• Working hour 5/2 Saturday, Sunday weekends

• Full time job
