Responsibilities:1. Manage daily office administration tasks, including office supplies procurement, asset register maintenance, and expense documentation support.
2. Provide administrative support for employee onboarding and off-boarding, such as workstation arrangement, equipment allocation, and coordination for permits or access.
3. Liaise with property management, vendors, and outsourced service providers (cleaning, maintenance, IT/network services, etc.).
4. Support the implementation of administrative policies and workflows to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
5. Handle visitor reception, travel support, and daily administrative coordination activities.
Assist supervisors with administrative data organization, reporting, and special projects.
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Administration, Human Resources, Business Management, or related fields.
2. At least 2 years of experience in administrative or general support roles (high-potential fresh graduates may be considered).
3. Proficient in Office/WPS applications with basic data organization and reporting skills.
4. Strong communication, coordination, and service-oriented mindset.
5. Detail-oriented, responsible, and execution-focused.
6. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
7. Experience in cross-department collaboration or working in multinational/overseas teams is a plus.
