We’re hiring a AI/MLOps Engineer to optimize and deploy trained AI models on diverse edge devices, including Rockchip NPUs, Hailo NPUs, NVIDIA Jetson, and Google Coral. If you excel at model optimization and thrive in Python, C/C++, and Linux environments, join us to drive performance, speed, and accuracy on edge hardware!

Key Responsibilities:

- Convert and optimize trained AI models (quantization, ONNX, TensorRT conversions) for various edge platforms.
- Validate model performance and compatibility on selected edge hardware.
- Benchmark and troubleshoot deployment issues related to accuracy, latency, and resource use.
- Collaborate with Computer Vision Engineers and Edge Application Developers to integrate optimized models.

Required Qualifications:

- Proven experience optimizing ML models for embedded/edge AI hardware.
- Deep understanding of model conversion frameworks (ONNX, TensorRT, OpenVINO).
- Strong skills in Python, C/C++, Linux environments.
- Experience with hardware-specific SDKs and optimization techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Direct experience deploying models on popular edge platforms (Rockchip, Hailo, NVIDIA Jetson, Google Coral).
- Familiarity with edge-based vector databases and embedding search methods.
- Ability to evaluate and integrate new edge-AI hardware solutions.
