Detailed Job Responsibilities

Payment Document Control - Verify whether the payment documents, attachments (invoice, contract, acts, etc.) - Check the balance of bank account, submit exchange application and saving the payment for exchange. - Making the any type of payments (Salary related, tax, budget payments, customs, etc.) - SWIFT Payments Daily Documentation Communication with Banks - Maintain ongoing communication with the bank for all payment-related matters. - Exchange letters/documents with banks as required. Monthly Reporting - Prepare report and send a letter with previous month’s offshore bank account transactions to the bank. - Assisting to the accountant for bookkeeping , tax related issues. - Eager to learn accounting, tax, bank payment, financing related new knowledges.

Minimum educational diploma

Bachelor's degree in finance, audit or above, accounting/finance/economics or other majors related. Effective problem-solving skills to identify and correct accounting errors in time. Work well under pressure; Strong sense of responsibility; Action-oriented with clear goals; Upright, honest, proactive and positive. Language: Proficient English and Russian.

Also, just a fresh graduates (from Finance and Economics field are all welcome, If you have enough interest and desire to learn, we are ready to teach you everything ourselves.
Working language is English.

Terms:

• Compensation for food (once time in a working day) according to the Company’s Policy
• Compensation for transportation (once time in a working day) according to the Company’s Policy
• 21 days of annual leave calculated on a calendar day basis
• Payable Sick leaves (only if the requested document is provided)
• Annual bonuses according to performance and company internal regulations
• 5/2 working schedule from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
