UHY Tashkent LLC (a member of the UHY International) is announcing vacancies for the position “Audit Assistant”.

UHY International (established in 1986) is a leading network of independent accounting and consulting firms with offices in over 320 major business centers in more than 100 countries.

As an Audit Assistant, you will take part in audit projects in various industry sectors across the country. You will be expected to:

• Support the auditing team in their daily functions;
• Interact with clients in order to collect all the necessary information;
• Set-up audit files and prepare leads;
• Reconcile account balances with counterparties and financial institutions;
• Check balances of certain accounts in order to ensure the accuracy of the reflection of their value;
• Perform other related audit tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• A university degree/student in Finance/Economics/ Accounting;
• Knowledge of accounting methodology;
• Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and preferably 1C;
• Fluent in Uzbek, Russian, and English;
• Good analytical skills and the ability to defend your point of view;
• Attention to details and readiness to work under tight deadlines.
