JW Marriott Tashkent is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bar Manager to lead our Signature bar team and operations. As the first encounter many guests have with our hotel, the bar is a key part of our luxury experience. The ideal candidate is a creative and passionate hospitality professional with an exceptional eye for detail and a talent for inspiring team.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the lobby bar, ensuring smooth, efficient, and profitable service
• Collaborate on menu planning and creative beverage concepts to stay ahead of industry trends
• Analyze local market trends and competitors to effectively position the outlet and maximize financial performance
• Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and conduct regular stock takes to maintain proper par levels and control costs
• Hire, train, and mentor staff on mixology, luxury service, and liquor laws, fostering a collaborative professional atmosphere and ensure consistent adherence to service standards.
• Act as a brand ambassador, responding to guest feedback and empowering employees to deliver "The JW Treatment"
• Ensure guests receive personalized service experience in compliance with JW standards; proactively resolve any guest complaints and maintain a positive, welcoming atmosphere.

Candidate Profile:

• High school diploma/GED with 5+ years of F&B experience
• Proven track record in a comparable leadership role within a luxury (5*) hotel or premium bar environment.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, wine, and coffee, alongside proficiency in POS systems and financial reporting
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a "can-do" attitude and a passion for guest orientation
