Responsibilites:

• Develop and implement brand growth strategies and activation plans tailored to the local market.
• Adapt global communication and promotional materials based on local consumer insights.
• Collaborate with sales, medical, legal, and marketing teams to ensure brand alignment.
• Manage media campaigns, events, in-store promotions, and brand communication tools.
• Prepare creative content, pricing recommendations, and commercial plans for product launches.
• Conduct market research, analyze brand performance, and recommend corrective actions.
• Take ownership of brand value and market share, while engaging with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• University degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• 5+ years of experience in brand management, ideally in FMCG or OTC sectors.
• Strong understanding of trade execution and digital marketing channels.
• Proven ability to analyze market data and turn insights into strategy.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Positive, results-driven mindset with a collaborative approach.
