We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Brand & Marketing Manager to lead marketing and branding activities for our fertilizer business.The role is based in our factories located in Fergana and Kokand and requires a strong understanding of the fertilizer industry, market trends, and customer needs.​​​​​​​

Core Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning

• Develop and implement branding strategies to strengthen the company’s presence in the fertilizer industry.
• Define and maintain clear brand positioning aligned with business objectives and market needs.​​​​​​​​​​​​Market Research & Insights
• Conduct market analysis to understand customer behaviour, competitor activities, and emerging industry trends.
• Translate insights into actionable strategies to differentiate the brand.
  Marketing & Communication
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, trade shows) to promote products and corporate identity.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all internal and external communications.

Requirements:

• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)

• Understanding of the fertilizer industry, market trends, and customer needs

• Readiness and flexibility for frequent business trips (domestic and international)

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or related field

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, branding, or sales (preferably in agriculture or fertilizer sector)

• Standard working hours: 09:00 – 18:00, Monday to Friday ⏰
