- Разговорный английский (Необходимо умение свободно разговаривать и понимать английскую речь по телефону; Уровень С1 и выше)
- Знание и опыт работы с QuickBooks
- Знание US GAAP Standard
- Желание учится и развиваться
- Умение работать в команде
- Часы работы: 08-17 Понедельник - Пятница: UTC/GMT -4 hours. USA Eastern Standard Time

Duties:

Financial Recordkeeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including income, expenses, assets, and liabilities.

Bookkeeping:
Handle day-to-day financial transactions, such as invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Payroll Processing:
Calculate and process payroll for truck drivers and other employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax regulations.

Expense Management:
Monitor and control expenses, including fuel costs, maintenance, insurance, and other operational expenditures.

Financial Reporting:
Prepare financial statements, reports, and analyses to provide management with insights into the company's financial performance.

Tax Compliance:
Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, including filing accurate and timely tax returns and managing any tax-related audits.

Budgeting and Forecasting:
Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts to guide the company's financial planning and decision-making processes.

Cash Flow Management:
Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure that the company has adequate funds for its operations and obligations.

Regulatory Compliance:
Stay informed about industry-specific regulations and ensure the company's financial practices comply with relevant laws and standards.

Financial Analysis:
Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, assess financial performance, and provide recommendations for improvement.

Audit Preparation:
Prepare documentation and assist with the coordination of financial audits, whether internal or external.

Software Utilization:
Use accounting software and other financial tools to streamline processes and maintain accurate financial records. (QuickBooks)

Communication:
Collaborate with other departments, management, and external stakeholders to communicate financial information effectively.

Risk Management:
Identify and assess financial risks, proposing strategies to mitigate these risks and ensure the company's financial stability.

Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on accounting best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and procedures.
