Maydon Tech LLC is looking for a Business Analyst to join our Proptech product development team. You'll work with business stakeholders, designers, product managers and other engineering teams to get high-quality products and features through the software project lifecycle.

What You'll Do:

- Identify new opportunities and user needs, ensuring alignment with business goals and vision.

- Conduct detailed requirements elicitation and specification, to establish a clear understanding of stakeholders' needs and expectations.

- Validate collected requirements through business, technical, and operational feasibility analysis to ensure proposed solutions are practical and value-driven.

- Provide relevant solutions by drafting functional and non-functional requirements, prototypes and wireframes.

- Create comprehensive and accurate documentation in Confluence, including detailed feature descriptions, use cases, process flows, and diagrams.

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or a similar role in a software or product development environment.

- Hands-on experience with Confluence, JIRA, Miro.

- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

- English, Russian language proficiency (both written and spoken).

- Facilitate regular updates and discussions with stakeholders, with the ability to tailor excellent communication for both technical and non-technical audiences.

What We Offer

- Salary: $2000 - $2,500 per month
