Responsibilities:
  • · Active search and acquisition of new clients and partners.

    · Systematic interaction with current clients, including monitoring the project initiation process.

    · Conducting presentations about the company and its projects.

    · Participation in promotional events, company representation, as well as negotiations with clients and partners.

    · Market analysis in the construction sector and identification of new opportunities.

    · Coordination with the technical and design departments to develop optimal proposals.

    · Maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients.

    · Participation in the development and implementation of PR campaigns and brand-strengthening initiatives.

    · Support for the residential property “Sales” team.

    · Preparation of analytical reports on the market and competitors.

    · Collection and systematization of information for commercial proposals.

    · Preparation and updating of the company’s corporate presentation, project presentations, and marketing materials.

    · Maintaining the client and partner database.

    · Analysis and submission of proposals regarding the company’s construction and other ratings.

    · Research and proposal of new markets.

    · Support for managers and the director in ongoing projects.

    · Participation in organizing meetings, negotiations, and industry events.

    · Preparation of informational materials and news for PR and brand promotion.

    · Assistance in implementing internal and external corporate events.

    · Analysis of investment markets and attraction of long-term financing.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

    · Minimum 5 years of experience in business development and/or sales, preferably in the construction or infrastructure

    sectors.

    · Strong knowledge of the construction market and brand management in Uzbekistan.

    · Experience in identifying new business opportunities and developing growth strategies.

    · Knowledge of contract basics, commercial terms, and negotiation processes.

    · Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal as well as organizational, strong planning and coordinating

    skills.

    · High level of responsibility, initiative, and independence in decision-making.

    · Strong time-management and prioritization abilities.

    · Proficiency in Uzbek, Russian, and English (oral and written).

    · Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially in Excel and Power Point.
