About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Operator to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing excellent service and support while helping the company maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries

• Provide information about company services and products

• Handle complaints and resolve client issues professionally

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department

• Achieve call center performance targets and KPIs

Requirements:
✔️ Fluent in Uzbek, Russian, and English
✔️ Experience in customer service or call center is a plus
✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Friendly, patient, and customer-oriented
✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
