An international microfinance organization is looking for a candidate for the position
CFO / Chief Financial Officer

Responsibilities:
• Management of the financial function: organization, development, motivation of the team
• Cash flow, liquidity, financial planning
• Financial analytics, reporting, identification of deviations
• Budget management: planning, execution control, regular reports
• Attracting investments: building and maintaining relationships with investors
• Preparation of investment presentations, compliance with compliance standards

Requirements:
• Higher education (finance, economics, accounting)
• CFA/CPA/ACCA certificates will be an advantage
• 5+ years of experience in finance, reporting, attracting investments
• Successful experience in interaction with investors
• Deep knowledge of reporting standards and regulatory requirements
• Fluent English, Russian (spoken and written)
