Position Overview

We are seeking a Chief Executive Assistant with strategic vision, strong analytical skills, and proven leadership experience. This key role will support executive management during an important phase of regional growth and expansion into BRICS countries. A proactive mindset, decision-making ability, and results orientation are essential.

Qualifications

Education:

• University degree in Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Professional Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years in a leadership or senior management role within a complex business environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct executive support to the CEO in planning and executing strategic projects.
• Coordinate expansion initiatives into BRICS countries, managing key relationships and reporting progress.
• Oversee critical areas such as purchasing, cost control, sales management, and profit improvement.
• Represent executive leadership in key meetings and with external stakeholders as needed.
• Support the implementation of organizational policies and operational decision-making.
