Responsibilities:

• Operation Leadership
• Develop, implement, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all departments
• Conduct regular property inspections and operational audits
• Financial Performance & Revenue Management
• Monitor and drive key performance indicators: Occupancy Rate, ADR, RevPAR, GOP
• Own the cluster-level P&L, budgeting, and forecasting across all properties
• Guest Experience & Quality
• Implement service recovery frameworks and empower front-line teams
• People Leadership & Talent Development
• Lead, coach, and develop Property Directors and department heads across the cluster
• Conduct regular 1-on-1s, performance reviews, and Director development sessions
• Strategic Growth & Expansion
• Lead pre-opening planning and onboarding processes for new properties

Requirements:

• Proven experience within the Accor ecosystem (Ibis, Ibis Styles, Ibis Budget or equivalent economy/midscale brands)
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Manager in an international hotel brand
• Proficiency in Russian (widely spoken in Uzbekistan and across the team)
• Fluency in English (working language of the role)
• Strong command of hotel financial management: P&L, budgeting, RevPAR, ADR

Terms:

• Full-Time, Permanent position, based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan
