We are looking for talented individuals with Collection Analyst experience to join our team

Primary Focus:

• Collect raw data from various internal systems, external sources, and third-party providers.
• Maintain a centralized database for all credit risk-related data, ensuring it's updated regularly.
• Implement data validation checks to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Conduct initial analyses of raw data to identify trends, anomalies, or patterns that might indicate potential risks.
• Use statistical tools and techniques to analyze data, ensuring that it's ready for further processing and reporting.
• Conducting A/B testing.
• Collaborate with the Risk Reporting Specialist to provide data that's tailored to specific reporting needs.
• Implement corrective actions to rectify any data inaccuracies or inconsistencies.
• Continuously improve data quality processes to minimize errors in future datasets.
• Liaise with other departments, such as IT and operations, to ensure seamless data flow and integration.
• Provide insights and preliminary findings to senior management, helping them understand the data landscape.
• Work with the Data Engineer to ensure that data storage and retrieval systems are optimized for the team's needs.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in data analysis, credit risk assessment, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Attend workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance data analysis skills.
• Share knowledge with team members and contribute to the team's overall growth and development.

Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of experience dealing with complex data analysis and visualization. Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex findings in English and in Russian.
• Mandatory Power BI Experience: Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Basic SQL Knowledge: Proven ability to write basic SELECT queries for data extraction and initial filtering.
• Experience working in a retail bank’s credit risk department or collection department would be an advantage.
• Experience with Report Builder (SSRS) is a significant advantage.

• Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication, exceptional interpersonal, and relationship building skills with business stakeholders.
• A strategic thinker with the ability to review a situation from varied perspectives as well as a willingness to make judgment calls and decisions based on experience and reasonableness tests.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and visual quality. Ability to streamline complex processes.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines with excellent follow-up skills.
• Comfortable with a “hands-on” approach and balancing multiple, competing priorities and changes in scope/direction, all with a high sense of urgency and positive “can-do” attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change very quickly with minimal supervision.
