About the Role:
Your calculations and insights will form the foundation of the company's strategic decisions. In this role, you won’t just work with numbers—you will shape forecasts, analyze sales trends, control pricing, and evaluate investment projects that define the direction of the business.

• Participate in financial planning and revenue forecasting across key sales channels;

• Analyze customer behavior, sales dynamics, and sales structure;

• Monitor and evaluate pricing, verify price accuracy, and support promotional and discount processes in SAP;

• Prepare and analyze business cases for retail investment projects and distribution development;

• Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams for comprehensive evaluation of strategic decisions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field;

• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis (FMCG or commercial sector preferred);

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, data visualization);

• Experience with SAP (FI and AA) is mandatory;

• English language proficiency: ability to hold business conversations and explain responsibilities clearly;

• Ability to work with large datasets, manage revenue, and prepare detailed reports;

• Willingness to undergo stress interviews and clearly justify decisions.
