Responsibilities:

• Support senior consultants in preparing client deliverables, tax memos, and presentations.
• Assist in providing tax advisory services related to inbound investments, corporate restructuring, and cross-border transactions.
• Participate in client meetings, prepare summaries, and assist in follow-up communications.
• Conduct research on tax legislation, double taxation treaties, and local regulatory updates.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and ensure high-quality work.
• Continuously develop technical knowledge and stay informed of changes in tax laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Law.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and corporate taxation concepts.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian (Uzbek is an advantage).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
• Demonstrated motivation to learn and build a career in tax advisory.
