Responsibilities:

• Receive, check and verify Purchase Orders/Contracts issued by Customers, and enter key information of Purchase Orders/Contracts in system, ensure to improve PO processing efficiency.
• Review Sales Contract/Order change applications, organize change review, to control change risks.
• Receive and review billing support documents, submit and review billing applications to issue invoice to Customer.
• Review the customer registration application to ensure the standardization and accuracy of basic customer data.

Requirement:​​​​​​​

• Have basic data analysis and summary capabilities. Have basic skills in contract comprehensive reading.
• Language: fluent in Russian, English as written and spoken language, preferably in Chinese as written and spoken language.
• Skill: Be familiar with Office tools, such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability: Team player, strong learning ability, attention to detail, strong pressure resistance, strong sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination ability, strong initiative and problem-solving skills, practical and diligent

Work Conditions:

• Work in the Tashkent office. Oybek metro station.
• Opening hours: 9: 00-18: 00 lunch 12: 30-13: 30
• Working days: 5/7 Monday - Friday
• Days off: Saturday, Sunday.
• Probation period: 3 months
• The working language is English.
• Knowledge of spoken English is required. The interview held in English.
