Responsibilities:

Drafting and review of all types of contracts, including foreign economic activity;

Coordination of marketing campaigns and information on tobacco products;

Analysis of legal risks and preparation of legal opinions on legislation regulating certain aspects of the company's activities;

Due diligence of counterparties;

Compliance officer function

Participation in the preparation and registration of documents for corporate changes;

Development and coordination of local regulations of the company;

Interaction with governmental bodies;

Claims-related work;

Monitoring of changes in legislation.

Requirements:

Law degree;

Strong knowledge of civil law;

Ability to propose the best legal solution to the business;

Experience working with bilingual agreements (Uzbek-English);

English — from Upper intermediate and above;

Competent oral and written speech;

Working experience more than 10 years in tobacco companies will be an advantage.

Understanding of legal acts: technical regulation on tobacco product
