We are looking for a creative and data-driven Creative Manager to join our Global Marketing Department and help shape how IT Park Uzbekistan is presented to global audiences.
In this role, you will develop advertising concepts, messaging strategies, and creative campaigns that attract startups, IT companies, investors, international partners, and tech talent from around the world. You will combine customer research, creative strategy, copywriting, and performance marketing to create advertising assets that drive measurable business outcomes across multiple international markets.
Working closely with Marketing, Design, Production, Client Services, and Resident Success teams, you will transform audience insights into high-performing static and video creatives while continuously testing, learning, and optimizing performance.

Customer & Market Research
Define and maintain Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and Jobs-to-Be-Done (JTBDs) for marketing campaigns
Research customer pain points, motivations, objections, and decision-making factors
Analyze customer feedback, survey responses, sales insights, and stakeholder input to identify effective messaging opportunities
Conduct competitor creative analysis and identify market opportunities across target regions
Conduct competitor and industry analysis
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform developments, and emerging creative formats
Stay updated on digital advertising trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies
Identify new advertising channels and audience acquisition opportunities in foreign markets
Messaging & Creative Strategy
Develop unique value propositions (UVPs), messaging frameworks, benefit ladders, and campaign angles
Develop concepts and creative strategies for static, video, carousel, and display advertising campaigns
Create advertising copy including headlines, body copy, calls-to-action (CTAs), scripts, storyboards, and landing page messaging
Develop creative briefs based on campaign objectives, audience insights, and performance data
Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and organizational messaging standards
Creative Development & Production
Collaborate with Design and Production teams to create platform-native creatives for Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Display, TikTok, Telegram, and other channels
Ensure advertisements follow platform best practices and capture audience attention within the first seconds of engagement
Coordinate production of advertising assets with internal teams and external vendors
Ensure all creative assets meet technical specifications and platform requirements
Manage asset organization, version control, documentation, and creative libraries
Coordinate localization efforts across English, Uzbek, Russian, and other target languages when required
Testing & Performance Optimization
Design and execute creative testing programs and structured experimentation frameworks
Collaborate with Performance Marketing teams to define testing methodologies, success metrics, and learning objectives
Analyze creative performance metrics including CTR, CVR, VTR, Watch Time, CPL, CPA, and ROAS
Generate actionable insights and recommendations for future creative development
Maintain a creative performance dashboard and repository of creative learnings
Project & Stakeholder Management
Own the creative development workflow and production calendar
Prioritize creative projects based on business impact and campaign requirements
Serve as the creative bridge between Marketing, Client Services, Resident Success, Design, Production, and other internal teams
Facilitate communication between strategic and creative stakeholders throughout campaign development
Present creative concepts, campaign strategies, and performance insights to department heads and leadership
Ensure alignment between business objectives, audience needs, and creative execution
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Minimum 1+ year of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, advertising, or content development
Proven portfolio of static and video advertising creatives with measurable performance results
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills for digital advertising
Experience developing creative concepts for paid social, search, display, or video advertising campaigns
Understanding of digital marketing funnels, customer journeys, and conversion principles
Familiarity with advertising platforms such as Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, and other digital channels
Ability to interpret campaign performance data and translate insights into creative improvements
Excellent project management and cross-functional communication skills
Language proficiency in English: IELTS 6+ or equivalent (strictly required)
Experience in B2B marketing, talent acquisition, technology, startup, innovation, education, or investment-related industries
Experience collaborating with media buying and performance marketing teams
Understanding of A/B testing methodologies and experimentation frameworks
Knowledge of customer research methodologies, ICP development, and Jobs-to-Be-Done (JTBD) frameworks
Experience managing creative production workflows involving designers, video editors, and external vendors
Professional proficiency in Uzbek and/or Russian
Thinks strategically about audience psychology and customer behavior
Combines creativity with analytical thinking
Understands how effective advertising influences business outcomes
Can translate customer insights into compelling messaging and creative concepts
Highly curious and constantly tests new ideas
Can independently identify opportunities and solve problems
Communicates effectively across multiple teams
