About the Role:

An international fintech company is looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Experience Officer. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping people, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is eager to grow within a global team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via live chat, email, and phone

• Provide product and service information to clients

• Analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality

• Collaborate with internal departments (support, sales, analytics)

• Contribute to achieving team goals and performance targets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field

• Previous experience in customer support or sales is a plus

• Fluent in Uzbek, Russian, and English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills

• Strong computer literacy and quick learning ability

• Well-organized, communicative, and flexible

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Working Conditions|Fully remote work format

Working hours:

• Morning shift: 11:00 – 19:30
• Evening shift: 17:00 – 01:30
• Weekly shift rotation (1 week morning, 1 week evening)
• Once every 3–4 weeks: a weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday), followed by a compensatory day off
