Job Type: Full-Time (02:00-10:00)

Reason: Currently, we have only one person working during this time. To ensure backup and minimize risks, especially during sick leave or absences, we need an additional person.

• Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email channels.
  • Serve as the main point of contact (POC) for customers with any questions.
• Deadline: As soon as possible

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English (Russian and Uzbek are a plus).
• At least 1 year of experience in Customer Support or a related field.
• Higher Education degree (not essential).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• A customer-centric approach with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and empathetically.
