Job Type: Part-Time

Schedule Friday, Saturday, Sunday (10:00-18:00 and 02:00-10:00)
Reason: Weekends Coverage.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email channels.
- Serve as the main point of contact (POC) for customers with any questions.
Deadline: As soon as possible

Qualifications:

Proficiency in English (Russian and Uzbek are a plus).
At least 1 year of experience in Customer Support or a related field.
Higher Education degree (not essential).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
A customer-centric approach with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and empathetically.
