Position Overview

We are looking for a bilingual Customer Support Representative (Arabic & English) to join our team. In this role, you will assist pharmacy clients and PharmaStaff representatives by providing professional, accurate, and timely support in both languages.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver customer support in Arabic and English via phone, email, and chat.

• Assist pharmacy patients and pharmacy staff with service and system-related inquiries.

• Support tasks such as insurance verification, prior authorizations, prescription entry, and scheduling.

• Working with pharmacy systems (QS1, LibertyRx, PioneerRx, etc.)

Qualifications

• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) required.

• Strong communication and active listening skills.

• Ability to manage high call/email volumes with professionalism.

• Strong problem-solving ability with attention to detail.

• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
