Customer Support Specialt

Location: On-Site | Full-Time

PharmaStaff is seeking a full-time, on-site Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional service and support to our clients and candidates. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, and passionate about delivering a seamless customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries via phone, email, and in-person

• Provide accurate information about our services and respond to client and candidate questions

• Assist with onboarding processes and documentation for new hires

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-ups and issue resolution

• Identify recurring issues and provide feedback for service improvements

• Support administrative tasks and special projects as needed

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer needs

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized under pressure

• Proficiency with email, phone systems

• A friendly, patient, and professional demeanor

• Flunet English (IELTS 7 or above)

Position Details:

• Full-Time
