Opportunity:

✓ We are looking for qualified and highly motivated candidates for a long-term program with a major pharmaceutical company in EU (Client)
✓ Be part of an interesting progressive projects, working directly with stakeholders from the EU and USA
✓ Play an important role in Client’s commercial analytics projects
✓ 40 hours/ week, 100% remote, 21 days paid holiday

Tasks & Responsibilities:

✓ Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements and key questions into an analytical product. This includes identifying the essential elements of complex business challenges and structuring them into clear objectives and solution delivery.
✓ Design and develop analytics workflows and valuable solutions.
✓ Ensure data accuracy, quality and integrity in analytics outputs.
✓ Present compelling validated stories to drive both strategic and operational changes in business.
✓ Drive the process of finding answers and engage business stakeholders with the transformative power of analytics.
✓ Actively identify new technologies and practices within the domain and drive introduction into the team's infrastructure.

Hard skills (Must):

✓ Tableau/Power BI - must
✓ Python/R (preferably Python) - must
✓ SQL - must

Soft skills:

✓ Business level of English, excellent communication skills
✓ Can coach junior team members
✓ Open minded, able to propose alternative options to improve processes/project
✓ Proactive and capable of executing technical tasks independently
✓ Experience working directly with Business Stakeholders
