O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Milliy statistika qo‘mitasi “O‘zbekiston statistik tizimini mustahkamlash” loyihasi doirasida Data Engineer GIS bo‘yicha (GIS bo‘yicha ma’lumotlar muhandisi) lavozimiga nomzodlarni taklif qiladi.

Vazifalar: Fazoviy ma’lumotlar oqimlari va ETL jarayonlarini loyihalash va qo‘llab-quvvatlash; PostgreSQL va PostGIS asosiy geoma’lumotlar platformasi sifatida; ro‘yxatga olish, kadastr va so‘rovnoma ma’lumotlarini integratsiya qilish; statistika va veb-GIS ilovalari uchun ma’lumotlar sifati va mavjudligini ta’minlash. Ma’lumotlarni tekshirish, xaritalash va sifat nazorati uchun QGIS; skriptlar va avtomatlashtirish uchun Python.

Talablar: Oliy ma’lumot (AT, geoaxborot, amaliy matematika/statistika yoki tegishli); GIS va fazoviy ma’lumotlar bilan kamida 2 yil tajriba; PostgreSQL va PostGIS bilan mustahkam tajriba (sxema loyihalash, fazoviy SQL, indekslar); ma’lumotlar tayyorlash va sifat nazorati uchun QGIS bilan yaxshi ishlash; ETL va avtomatlashtirish uchun Python (masalan GeoPandas, Shapely, GDAL/OGR). GeoServer, WMS/WFS yoki Docker tajribasi afzallik.

The National Statistics Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan, under the project “Strengthening the Statistical System of Uzbekistan,” invites applications for the position of GIS Analyst (Remote Sensing) in the GIS team.

What you will do: Process satellite imagery (Sentinel, Landsat); classify land cover; prepare cartographic materials for agricultural statistics; validate locations and support field operations.

Requirements: Higher education (geoinformatics, remote sensing, cartography, geography, ecology, or IT); at least 2 years of experience with remote sensing data; confident use of QGIS, Google Earth Engine and/or SNAP; experience with Rasterio/GDAL is a plus.
