About the Role:

Join a dynamic team in the Bank's Risk Management Division, where you will play a pivotal role in developing and supporting data marts, ETL processes, and improving reporting and Business Intelligence (BI) capabilities. You will collaborate closely with the head of the Risk Technologies department and related teams, ensuring seamless integration and execution of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain data marts for the Risk Management Division.
• Create and optimize ETL processes to ensure efficient data flow and transformation.
• Automate and enhance reporting and BI tools to support decision-making.
• Address and resolve ad hoc tasks as assigned, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Work cross-functionally with related teams and the IT department, particularly in areas of Data Warehouse (DWH), BI, and reporting

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of data warehouse and ETL architecture, with proficiency in MS SQL, Oracle, and Python.
• Expertise in SQL optimization, data analysis, and experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Ability to structure business logic, with a preference for banking experience.
• Quick learner with effective communication skills, teamwork, and responsibility for results.
• Experience in international companies and proficiency in Russian and English are advantageous.

Education and Experience:

• Higher education, preferably in a technical field, from a leading university.
• 3+ years of relevant experience, with more experience preferred for higher grades.
