About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across various systems. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, fast typing skills, and the ability to handle large volumes of information efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter data into databases, CRM systems, or internal tools
• Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy
• Update and maintain existing records
• Work with Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Scan and process documents
• Maintain data confidentiality and security standards
• Collaborate with other departments to clarify information

  
  Requirements:
  

• Previous experience in data entry or a similar role is a plus
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage large amounts of data
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Russian and English
