Duties:
- Review the design and specifications of civil, structural, and architectural elements;
- Perform detailed calculations using industry-standard digital tools such as Excel, LIRA, etc.;
- Discuss and respond to comments from customers, consultants, and authorities;
- Conduct site surveys, inspections, and manage site work progress, ensuring construction quality and compliance with civil and structural technical requirements;
- Prepare routine reports and technical notes while maintaining complete records and archives in accordance with company standards;
- Engage in daily communication with suppliers, subcontractors, customers, and consultants regarding construction solutions, site coordination, progress management, and issue resolution; Collaborate with internal teams to ensure each system is executed according to optimal processes;

- Manage workload independently, regularly updating work plans and ensuring adherence to time allocations;
- Handle on-site subcontractor change requests and new customer requirements;
- Identify and address quality issues, track progress, and mitigate risks in advance.
Professional requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field;
- More than 5 years of experience as a site engineer in data center construction or related EPC projects (such as large shopping malls, science and technology parks, residential complexes, and office buildings) in Uzbekistan or neighboring countries;
- Proven experience in civil and structural design consultancy and/or working within a contractor design environment;
- Strong knowledge of local technical regulations, standards, and conventional civil and structural requirements;
- Ability to take charge of project deliverables, make independent decisions, and operate proactively;
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, LIRA, SAP2000, and other relevant tools;
- Fluency in Russian, English, and Uzbek (Chinese language proficiency would be an advantage);
- Ability to adhere to work arrangements and schedules;
- Willingness to travel for business trips.
Work Conditions:
- Work in the Tashkent office, near Oybek metro station.
- Working hours: 9: 00-18: 00 (lunch break 12: 30-13: 30).
- Working days: Monday - Friday (5/7).
- Days off: Saturday, Sunday.
- Probation period: 3 months.
- Working language: English (spoken English proficiency required; the interview will be conducted in English).
