Duties:

• Review the design and specification of HVAC Services systems–Air conditioning, chilling, heating, cooling, ventilation, and Water system etc;

• Ability to calculate air flow, temperature, humidity, pressure, etc;

• Discuss and reply the comments with Customer/ Consultant/Authorities etc;

• Site surveys, inspections and manage the site works progress/construction quality/technical issue of HVAC system;

• Routine Report & Write Technical note; Maintaining complete records and archives as company standards;

• Daily communication with suppliers/subcontractors/customer/consultants etc. for construction solution, site team coordination, delivery progress management, resolution of issue about site implement etc;

• Inter-team communication and assistance to ensure that each system is performed according to the optimal process

• Managing own workload, updating forward plan of workload regularly & working to time allocations;

• Manage on-site subcontractor change requirements and customer new requirement;

• Identify and disclose quality issues, progress, and change risks in advance.

Professional requirements:

• Degree qualified, or equivalent qualification, in HVAC Engineering or related subjects;
• More than 5 years of site engineer experience in Data center or related EPC construction projects (Large shopping malls, sci-tech park, residential parks, office buildings) in Uzbekistan or Neighboring countries;
• Understanding of Uptime standard and TIA Guidelines for Data center projects;
• HVAC Working Experience in a design consultancy and/or experience of working within a contractor design environment is essential;
• Have a detailed knowledge of ASHREA/Local regulation/standards/conventional requirement of HVAC system;
• Able to take charge of project deliverables, make decisions, act on own initiative and operate in a pro-active way;
• Good at MS office, AutoCAD etc. related tools;
• Can speak Russian, English and Uzbek fluently (It would be better if could speak Chinese).
• Obey the work arrangement；
• Willingness to business trips.

Work Conditions:

• Work in the Tashkent office, near Oybek metro station.
• Working hours: 9: 00-18: 00 (lunch break 12: 30-13: 30).
• Working days: Monday - Friday (5/7)
• Days off: Saturday, Sunday.
• Probation period: 3 months.
• Working language: English (spoken English proficiency required; the interview will be conducted in English).
