About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and communicative professional to lead the development of Uzbekistan’s digital exports across CIS markets. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about international business, skilled in building relationships, and eager to promote Uzbekistan’s digital services globally.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and establish connections with potential clients and partners in CIS countries
Promote digital services and products of Uzbek companies (IT, outsourcing, SaaS, creative industries, etc.)
Organize and conduct online/offline meetings, presentations, and negotiations
Represent Uzbekistan at industry events and B2B meetings across the CIS
Support export cases from initial contact to deal closure
Collaborate with public and private sector stakeholders to facilitate export processes
Monitor market trends and the needs of target countries to adapt export strategies
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
Excellent communication skills, integrity, openness, and a sense of humor
Fluent in Russian, English, and Uzbek
Ability to work independently and build long-term business relationships
Experience in client relations, sales, or B2B partnerships is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in international projects, B2B sales, or export-related activities
Knowledge of CIS digital markets
Understanding of government support measures and export programs in Uzbekistan
