Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management: Develop creative ad concepts, initiate campaigns and integrate various online channels for effective fund development. Emphasize result-oriented strategies, documentation, and continuous improvement;
• Web Project Oversight: Lead website projects such as launches or enhancements, from planning and developer briefings to testing and approval;
• Analysis & Optimization: Implement and analyze tools like Google Analytics, uncover insights, and take action to enhance performance;
• SEO & Usability: Focus on SEO strategies and web usability best practices for fund development websites to improve visibility and user experience;
• Brand Consistency: Ensure alignment between online and offline marketing efforts, maintaining a cohesive SOS branding identity across all platforms;
• Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor websites, online campaigns, and social media initiatives to stay informed and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in online marketing, sales, or financial support attraction, with a proven ability to independently manage campaigns focused on achieving a 3:1 ROI;
• Good command of English, Russian and Uzbek;
• Proficiency in Digital Content Editing;
• Understanding of Web Usability and UX;
• Training in Adobe Photoshop & Premiere.
