TrukStaff Solutions is a leading company specializing in launching trucking businesses in the United States. We provide turnkey projects, offering clients everything they need: legal documentation, fully equipped departments, trucks, and drivers. Currently, we partner with outsourced teams for our operations, but soon we will build our own in-house teams across all departments.

We are now looking for an experienced Dispatcher to join our growing team and help us achieve our ambitious goals.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor and manage the work of outsourced dispatch teams in Telegram groups.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch teams via Telegram chats and calls when needed.
• Operate with dispatch-related platforms like Amazon, DAT, and Highway.
• Ensure smooth coordination between outsourced teams and internal operations.

Requirements:
• Fluency in English (both spoken and written).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the dispatching industry - Dry Van, Flatbed, Stepdeck.
• Proven experience with platforms like Amazon, DAT, and Highway.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in managing or working with outsourced teams is an advantage.

What We Offer:
• Salary: $2,500 –$3,000 USD per month.
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 18:00–02:00 (Tashkent time).

• Three weeks of paid vacation per year (in accordance with labor laws).
