About Us: Premier Trucking Group INC (with offices in Uzbekistan and the USA) is a U.S.-based logistics company operating a growing fleet of 55 trucks and 60 trailers. We provide reliable dispatch services and manage a team of 60+ professional drivers. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Dispatcher to join our fast-paced and ambitious team.

Dear candidates before you apply for the vacancy make sure you double check all requirements we needed!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and dispatch 5–6 VAN trucks per dispatcher;
• Book loads from U.S.-based load boards (especially DAT) and negotiate with American brokers;
• Ensure weekly gross of $8,000+ per truck at 2.0+ RPM;
• Minimize deadhead miles and reduce layovers;
• Communicate effectively with U.S. drivers and brokers throughout the shift;
• Resolve road issues quickly and professionally;

Ensure on-time and safe delivery of loads according to U.S. standards.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (IELTS 6.0+ or equivalent proficiency required);
• Minimum high school diploma or higher;
• At least 2 years of proven experience in U.S. logistics/dispatching;
• Experience in booking high-paying loads and managing American company drivers;
• Strong negotiation, multitasking, and communication skills;
• Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent issue.
