Join Our Team as a Driver Recruiter (No Experience Needed!)

We're a fast-growing logistics company looking for an energetic and ambitious Driver Recruiter to help us expand our fleet by attracting and onboarding qualified drivers.

Location: Yunusobod, near Minor Bodomzor
Shift: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Format: Office-based
Compensation: Fixed salary + high commission ($300–500 per hired driver)
Experience: No prior experience required – full training provided by the company!

What You'll Do:

• Source driver candidates through job boards and other channels

• Post and manage driver vacancy advertisements

• Conduct initial screenings and interviews

• Verify licenses, driving experience, and eligibility

• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates

• Assist new hires with onboarding and documentation

What We're Looking For:

• C1-level English proficiency with a clear American accent

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Motivated, responsible, and eager to learn

• No university degree required
