Duties:

• Review and approve customer registration applications for representative offices in the Middle East, Central Asia, and South Africa;
• Review and approve the issuance of framework Purchase Orders (POs);
• Organize internal reviews and coordinate the release of framework PO amendments;
• Organize internal reviews and coordinate the release of POs under existing frameworks;
• Organize internal reviews and coordinate the release of contract amendments;
• Issue commercial invoices and tax invoices in accordance with applicable regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related field;
• At least 1 years of experience in commercial operations, order management, or contract administration or related field;
• Familiarity with corporate approval workflows and international trade processes;
• Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of ERP systems is a plus;

• Fluency in English, Russian, and Uzbek is required;

Work Conditions:

• Work in the Tashkent office, near Oybek metro station.
• Working hours: 9: 00-18: 00 (lunch break 12: 30-13: 30).
• Working days: Monday - Friday (5/7)
• Days off: Saturday, Sunday.
• Probation period: 3 months.
• Working language: English (spoken English proficiency required; the interview will be conducted in English).
