Job Description

Britex Academy is a new and fast-growing educational center in Uzbekistan, committed to delivering modern, high-quality English education. We specialize in helping students improve their real-life speaking skills and prepare for international exams like IELTS.

Responsibilities:

• Teach interactive English lessons (CEFR A1–C1) that focus on communication

• Prepare students for IELTS or other relevant exams (if applicable)

• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback

• Collaborate with the academic team on lesson planning and curriculum development

• Participate in training sessions, mock exams, and student events

• Help create a friendly and motivating learning environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (English, Education, or related fields preferred)

• Strong English proficiency (C1+); IELTS certificate is an advantage

• Prior teaching experience (minimum 6 months is preferred, but not mandatory)

• Able to teach both teenagers and adults confidently

• Friendly, responsible, and team-oriented attitude

• Good communication and classroom management skills

• Willingness to grow with a new, developing institution
