The requirements for the successful candidate are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Medicine faculties
• Proven track of relevant working experience in pharmaceuticals industry
• Fluency in English, Uzbek and Russian languages
• Strong communication, influencing and negotiations skills
• A proven track record in supporting and driving a high performing teams
• Ability to develop, plan, and implement short- and long-term goals
• Strong business analytical skills to identify trends, opportunities and threats in the market

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning & developing sales activities in the assigned area
• To manage and lead a team to successfully deliver strong results; able to empower and align team members around common objectives and enable them to achieve the objectives
• Able to handle operations to achieve target through management skills such as route management, meeting, communication, negotiation, team work, customer service
• Handling issues relating to Sales Operation in the area within the given authority
• Establishing the annual budget of the sales team, distributing the approved budget, monitoring and controlling it
• Suggesting action plans and training plans in line with organizational development, targets and regional needs
• Coaching and developing the field force team
• Supervising the compliance of the visit planning with the marketing plans according to the target audience determined by the department, taking corrective measures when necessary.
