• Drive International Growth: Support the company’s global expansion by staying engaged with international business activities and offering financial solutions during investment, development, and operational phases abroad;
• Develop Local Financial Systems: Build and refine financial management processes in the assigned country. Establish a compliant internal control framework aligned with local regulations and corporate standards;
• Manage Financial Operations: Oversee budgeting, cost control, accounting, and financial reporting for country-level entities. Focus on improving financial efficiency and boosting overall business performance;
• Ensure Compliance: Implement local financial and economic laws, policies, and procedures to guarantee legal and ethical business operations;
• Review Financial Plans: Approve and monitor budgets, spending plans, financial statements, and reports. Review and sign off on key business contracts and major transactions involving financial commitments;
• Lead Local Finance Teams: Build and strengthen the capabilities of the local finance team. Support the development of financial information systems and tools;
• Support International Financing: Work with corporate finance teams to manage overseas funding and capital operations.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related area.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years in financial management or a similar role.
• Language Skills: Able to read English documents and write professional responses in English.
• Professional Knowledge: Well-versed in financial laws, tax regulations, and accounting principles. CPA certification is an advantage.
• Personal Traits: Strong communicator and team player with a responsible, proactive attitude and attention to detail.
