Position Summary:

We are seeking a Finance Specialist with hands-on experience in Central Asian finance and taxation. The role will be responsible for day-to-day financial operations, tax compliance, and full-cycle bookkeeping for the local entity. Strong communication skills and regional mobility are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily treasury operations, bank transactions, and reconciliations.
• Handle local tax compliance, including filings and statutory reporting.
• Perform full-cycle bookkeeping, month-end closing, and account reconciliation.
• Support internal/external audits and cross-departmental financial coordination.
• Act as the local finance point of contact for regional projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in finance, tax, and accounting within Central Asia (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, etc.), with knowledge of local regulations.
• Fluent in English; proficient in Russian (working language).
• Proficient in accounting software and Excel.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willing to travel to Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and neighboring countries for short-term business trip.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: College diploma or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
