Duties :

1. Payments to vendors/suppliers on time.

2. Intercompany settlements, cross-border payments and their placement in the 1C system.

3. Daily report of bank account balance.

4. Reconciliation of the monthly bank account in the 1C system to close the accounting account.

5. Weekly/Monthly Cash Flow Statement.

6. Internal accounting / treasury reports.

7. Other daily duties as required by the Line Manager.

8. Establish close cooperation and communication with Sales, accounting and procurement department on the issues that arise in the process of plan proposal, execution procedure and approval of payment requests.

9. Provide consolidated reports and information to the financial director on all retail sales facilities.

10. Collecting data from accounting departments of a group of companies.

11. Checking the correct entry of data in the 1C program.

12. Management reports.

13. Preparing and regularly updating the company's financial model and strategic business plan.

14. Preparing a financial analysis of the company's activities.

15. Organizing/participating in financial research and economic analysis of the market and industry within the framework of preparing/updating the company's strategic business plan and financial model.

16. Preparing and participating in the preparation of regular (monthly, quarterly) management and financial reports (BS, P&L, Cash Flow) of the group for the management.

17. To contribute to the improvement of financial management practices in the company and bringing them to international standards.

18. Analysis of business and financial activities of the company.

19. Assistance in analyzing the efficiency of investment projects.

20. Assist in the preparation of management and financial statements.

Requirements :

1. Higher education level, Master degree will be big plus
2. At least English language understanding level
3. Experience in financial sphere
4. Knowledge of good analysis
5. Good in Excel, Reports, Finance/Accounting and MIS
6. International Payments, Fund transfer
7. Expats' payroll, taxation
8. Banking, release of payments

Working hours - Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. till 18:00 p.m.
