About the Role:

We are a US-based logistics and services company operating an international team with offices in Uzbekistan. We are currently seeking a driven, communicative, and detail-oriented specialist to join our team in Tashkent. This position involves working directly with US-based clients and partners. You will play a key role in client communications, account handling, and internal coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily communication with US clients and partners via phone, email, and CRM;

• Manage incoming requests, provide consultations, and maintain client relationships;

• Ensure smooth coordination between internal departments (Operations, Compliance, Billing, etc.);

• Keep accurate records and updаtеclient information in internal systems;

• Follow internal procedures while adapting to dynamic client needs;

• Support onboarding processes and provide updates to clients as needed;

• Work closely with the team to improve customer experience and business processes.

Requirements:

• Fluent English (B2-C1 or higher) – both verbal and written;

• Strong communication and persuasion skills;

• Confident computer user; experience with CRM systems is a plus;

• Ability to stay focused, organized, and results-driven under pressure;

• Experience in logistics, sales, customer service, or recruiting is a plus but not required;

• Willingness to work evening/night shifts (US time zone);

• IELTS 6.0+ or equivalent certificate is an advantage.
